Here are some questions and answers about Weston Transportation policies and procedures.
How do I make a reservation?
Reservation Procedure:
1. Passenger's name(s) and the number of individuals.
2. Date and time of the pick-up.
3. Exact pick-up location; address and phone .
4. Exact drop-off location.
5. If there is multiple pick-ups or drop-offs.
6. If you are being picked-up from the airport we need complete arrival information; airport, arrival time, airline flight number, city of origin.
7. Call us now or fill out the RESERVATION FORM HERE.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Order changed or canceled less than two hours before pick-up time will incur a charge. No shows will be billed at full price.
Do I pay for the service if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
We do not charge for delays due to weather or airline issues, however it is your responsibility to inform us of any status changes. Our agents will monitor your flight, and if airline has cancelled your flight, a vehicle will NOT be sent unless we hear from you with new updates.
Do I need to pay tolls and taxes?
Tolls and taxes are included in the price.
When do you pick me up at the airport?
Upon arrival at the airport, obtain your luggage and then call our office at (954) 801-5579. Our personnel will direct you to your car. This procedure takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes for the car to arrive at the terminal pick-up location. During heavy volume times this could take up to 15 minutes. |
